I am selling 2 fully remodeled 2 bedroom apartments (60m2 + 40 m2 Águas furtadas), 4° floor without elevator in the center of Macedo de Cavaleiros, 5 minutes from Praia fluvial do Azibo, new double windows with blinds, completely new bathroom, new floating floor and new kitchen ceramics, new paint, fully restored kitchen, new everything. The apartments are delivered with modern appliances and furniture as shown in the photos.
1 apartment has already been restored, work on 2° will start soon. Excellent deal due to the low value and proximity to all services or also ideal for investors due to the lack of houses to rent in the city of Macedo de Cavaleiros. Sale is exclusively for the 2 apartments. The price of each apartment is 79900€, negotiable with itself, without intermediaries, hence the excellent deal.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.
